Receive a return confirmation and shipping instructions from our team.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return center.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items purchased during clearance sales can be exchanged but not refunded
Non-Returnable Items
Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Personalized or custom-made items
Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for all eligible items. Simply contact our support team and we will arrange the exchange. The new item will be shipped once we receive the original.
